The Pepsi Max No Sugars Given platform was created to inject attitude back into a brand that had gone flat. The problem Pepsi Max faced was two-fold; it was considered the uncool choice and only a handful of young New Zealanders realised it was sugar-free.

In the space of one summer the campaign shifted the needle dramatically across every brand health metric.
